Chief Financial Officer Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration or related field At least eight years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare finance operations At least three years of experience in healthcare finance High integrity, emotionally competent, strategic mindset, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a diverse environment Experience with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement structuresChief Financial Officer Responsibilities:
Reports to and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO with key insights on organizational strategy and long-term financial sustainability Oversee compliance, annual budget process, financial forecasting and revenue cycle reporting Deliver data-driven, transparent, strategic insights to ensure informed decision-making Mentor and develop a high-performance finance team and lead audit processes, cost reporting, HRSA/BPHC, and other compliance reporting Maintain and update all procurement policies, ensuring alignment with federal requirementsChief Financial Officer Benefits:
