Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Full-Time Position Overview LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic team focused on community engagement initiatives. This role will serve as a central hub of coordination, providing critical administrative and operational support across multiple programs that directly impact the community's connection to the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and brings strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for public-facing events, including community programs, outreach initiatives, and special events Manage and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates Prepare and format promotional materials, presentations, and supporting documentation Edit and distribute internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and consistency Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes Support development of newsletters, internal briefings, and other communications Contribute to social media content and digital engagement efforts Track and order materials needed for events and outreach programs Serve as a liaison across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution Provide general administrative support to support day-to-day operations Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience supporting events, communications, or marketing initiatives is a plus Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Pay Details:
