Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help ensure the team runs efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to managers and team membersAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondenceSchedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointmentsPrepare reports, presentations, and other business documentsOrganize and maintain filing systems, records, and office suppliesGreet visitors and assist with front desk coverage as neededSupport data entry, expense reporting, and general clerical dutiesAssist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
