I am seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Personal / Household Assistant to provide daily part-time assistance with the day-to-day operation and upkeep of my home. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable taking initiative and assisting with household responsibilities that I am unable to consistently complete due to a busy professional schedule. This position involves a variety of household, organizational, and errand-related tasks and is best suited for someone who enjoys keeping a home organized, comfortable, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

Laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothing and household linens Grocery shopping and occasional other household shopping or shopping for gifts Light daily cleaning and general tidying Keeping commonly used household areas neat and organized Loading/unloading the dishwasher and light kitchen cleanup Changing bed linens and towels Watering and caring for household plants Running errands, picking up orders, making returns, and handling miscellaneous household tasks Seasonal and holiday decorating, including putting up, arranging, taking down, and organizing decorations Organizing closets, cabinets, storage areas, and household items Keeping track of household supplies and identifying items that need to be replenished Receiving deliveries or being present for household service appointments when necessary Assistance with other routine household tasks Assisting with occasional household projects and other reasonable tasks as they arise This is not intended to be primarily a housekeeping or deep-cleaning position. Rather, I am looking for someone who can serve as an extra set of hands and help manage the everyday tasks involved in maintaining a household. Ideal Candidate The right person will be: Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently without constant direction Comfortable taking initiative and recognizing things that need to be done Flexible and willing to perform a variety of household tasks Respectful of privacy and confidentiality Able to manage multiple small tasks efficiently Comfortable running local errands and shopping In possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license I am particularly interested in finding someone who takes pride in their work and can become familiar with the household and its routines over time. The goal is to establish an ongoing working relationship with someone who can help make the day-to-day management of the home easier and more efficient.

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
