The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, administrative support, assisting project manager(s) as needed and have a willingness to learn. We are looking for someone full time (40 hours Monday through Friday). We offer a competitive salary and benefits•healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, vacation/PTO package, etc. Duties will include preparing subcontracts, communicating with vendors and subcontractors, processing submittals and drawings, maintaining organized project files and preparing Owners' Manuals. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
