Garage Parts & Equipment Administrative Assistant Location:
1161 Park Rd, Blandon, PA 19510 About This Role We're looking for someone with experience managing parts inventory and coordinating equipment or maintenance work in a garage, fleet, farm, or similar operation. You'll work with our garage and farm teams to keep equipment organized, maintained, and ready for daily operations. What You'll Do Order parts, manage inventory, and follow up on outstanding orders. Schedule equipment use and coordinate availability with farm teams. Work with Fill In and Takeout crews to confirm equipment is set up and ready for use. Enter and track maintenance requests and equipment information in Limble. Maintain equipment registrations, titles, and related documentation. Keep accurate records of equipment, parts, inventory, and maintenance activity. Support other garage administrative tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Experience managing parts inventory, including ordering and tracking stock. Experience scheduling equipment and maintaining maintenance records. Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Ability to communicate with coworkers in English and Spanish. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple teams. Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle program requirements. Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.
