About Ostroff Godshall Ostroff Godshall Injury & Accident Lawyers is one of Pennsylvania's fastest-growing personal injury law firms. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Services & Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, is highly organized, and takes pride in supporting a fast-paced professional environment. Position Summary The Office Services & Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to multiple departments throughout the firm. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing mail, filing and scanning documents, organizing records, assisting with front desk coverage, stocking office supplies, and completing various office projects. This position plays an important role in ensuring our attorneys and staff have the support they need to provide outstanding service to our clients. Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing mail and legal correspondence Scan, upload, and organize documents into the firm's electronic case management system Maintain and organize physical and electronic client files Assist with opening, closing, and archiving case files Prepare file labels and organize new client files Update records as cases move through the litigation process Maintain office filing systems and document organization Order and restock office, break room, and conference room supplies Provide backup reception coverage as needed Assist attorneys, paralegals, and case managers with administrative requests Support special scanning, filing, and records management projects Perform other administrative and office support duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior administrative, clerical, legal, or office experience preferred Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working with technology and learning new software Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift file boxes and move office materials when needed What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Self-motivated Team-oriented Detail-focused Professional and positive attitude Willing to jump in wherever help is needed Schedule Part-Time Approximately 20 hours per week Monday through Friday Typical schedule: 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Why Join Ostroff Godshall?
