Canonsburg, PA (Onsite)

12-Month Temporary Assignment About the Opportunity Our client, a respected financial services organization, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join its collaborative operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career administrative professional looking to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced corporate environment. We're looking for candidates with approximately 6 months to 1 year of administrative experience , though recent graduates with strong administrative, office, or business-related internship experience are also encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Provide administrative support to multiple teams in a dynamic office environment Prepare, proofread, and edit confidential correspondence and business documents Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents across multiple systems Assist with travel expense reporting and billing documentation Support the preparation of time-sensitive client and financial documents Coordinate and complete a variety of administrative projects as assigned Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail Collaborate with team members to support daily office operations and deliver exceptional internal client service Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of administrative, office, or customer support experience preferred Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment Ideal Candidate Eager to build a long-term career in an administrative or corporate support role Organized, dependable, and proactive Thrives in a structured, team-focused environment Enjoys supporting multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality Takes initiative and can effectively prioritize competing tasks This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with a highly regarded organization while developing valuable administrative and operational skills in a professional corporate setting.
