Manufacturing Location:
Columbus, OH Pay:
$26/hour
Schedule:
40 hours/week (Overtime available with prior approval) We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations while providing exceptional administrative and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support across Sales, Production, Human Resources, Maintenance, and Shipping
  • Answer phones, emails, and other communications while managing multiple priorities
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with daily operational tasks
  • Coordinate requests and ensure timely follow-up across departments
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to continuous operational excellence
Qualifications:
  • Administrative, clerical, or customer service experience required
  • Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
