Administrative Clerk -Manufacturing Location:
Columbus, OH Pay:
$26/hourSchedule:
40 hours/week (Overtime available with prior approval) We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations while providing exceptional administrative and customer support.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across Sales, Production, Human Resources, Maintenance, and Shipping
- Answer phones, emails, and other communications while managing multiple priorities
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with daily operational tasks
- Coordinate requests and ensure timely follow-up across departments
- Support team initiatives and contribute to continuous operational excellence
Qualifications:
- Administrative, clerical, or customer service experience required
- Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
