SUMMARY OF POSITION
This position is responsible for maintaining the student information including the students' central files and student databases. This position interacts with sending districts in the exchange of information about students. This position is also responsible for supporting guidance staff including the dean of students, principals and social workers
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain IEP databases
- entering new students, updating personal information, entering current student assignments, running reports to validate student information Respond to record requests from sending districts and CCIU (enrollment reports, breakdowns regarding district students, academic enrollments, ethnicity, gender, etc.
) Generate correspondence to teachers and sending districts regarding information deadlines and transmittal of information. Provide essential information
- IEP due dates, meeting notices, etc .
, and any requested information by internal staff Coordinating IEP meetings keeping with state mandated timelines(annuals, revisions, etc., and as requested by case managers) Maintaining accurate student cumulative folders to include all completed IEPs Front desk receptionist and administrative assistant coverage as needed
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS
Ability to effectively use of computer applications to produce reports and spreadsheets. Ability to correspond in writing business letters and memos. Ability to maintain customer service standards with sending districts and community. Ability to interact with students, teachers, guidance counselors and administrators.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, business correspondence preferred. Experience working in office environments.
RATE OF PAY
2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR Support, Level 10 $22.50
- $29.82 Hourly
- Placement on the step salary scale based upon related experience
SCHEDULE
Monday
- Friday.
7.5 hours/day, 7:30-3:30 260 days/year, 12-month
