Job Description

Administrative Assistant Conestoga, PA The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of our utility-scale wind, solar, and battery energy storage system assets. The ideal candidate will coordinate operational services, assist with financial and operations reporting, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects.
Responsibilities Operational Coordination:
Perform administrative and operational functions including spare parts and services purchasing, document control, and budget accounting. Facilitate invoicing, payments, purchase orders, and coding to ensure timely and accurate processing. Evaluate and improve existing operating practices related to record-keeping and document control. Develop new systems or enhance existing procedures to boost operational efficiency.
Financial and Operations Reporting:
Gather data from various sources such as reports, graphs, tables, and software systems. Assist in the preparation of financial and operations reports.
Policy Interpretation and Communication:
Clarify and disseminate internal policies to ensure compliance and understanding across the team.
Employee Orientation:
Assist with orientations for new employees to familiarize them with company and business unit organizational structure, policies, procedures, and systems.
Events Planning:
Assist with the planning and execution of events, including meetings, workshops, and company functions. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably within the renewable energy sector. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Range:
$50,000-60,000 per year
