Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Linehaul Support Administrator 2 to support transportation and billing activities for a long-term contract opportunity in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. This position focuses on maintaining accurate records, reviewing invoices and audit data, and helping ensure operational processes remain organized and compliant. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work confidently with Excel and other web-based office tools in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain transportation-related records, enter operational data accurately, and keep supporting documentation current and organized.
  • Review invoices, billing details, and audit information to identify discrepancies and assist with timely resolution of issues.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to track activity, prepare reports, and support ongoing administrative workflows.
  • Monitor operational and billing processes through available systems and web-based tools to help maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather information, clarify documentation, and support day-to-day linehaul activities.
  • Assist with monthly reporting, renewals, and record updates required for transportation services and related administrative functions.
  • Support compliance efforts by verifying information, following established procedures, and helping maintain readiness for internal or external review.
  • Respond to questions and requests with clear written and verbal communication while managing multiple priorities effectively.
