Job Description

St. Francis Center is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant / Administrator-in-Training AIT to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in long-term care administration while gaining hands-on experience in the daily operations of a skilled nursing facility.
Administrative Assistant Salary:
$50,000/yr Based on experience Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Assist the Administrator with day-to-day facility operations. Gain hands-on experience across various departments as part of the AIT program. Assist with administrative projects, reports, scheduling, and documentation. Work closely with department heads to support facility operations and resident care. Participate in meetings, audits, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance activities. Assist with resident and family concerns and help ensure timely follow-up. Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Administrative Assistant Qualifications Bachelor's degree Interest in pursuing a career as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) . Strong organizational and communication skills. Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
