Office Suites:
Advanced mastery of Google Workspace; especially complex formulas, pivot tables and data VLOOKUPs in Excel/Sheets.Communications and Collaboration:
Admin-level familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and video conferencing hardware and software (Zoom, Google Meet).Financial and HR Software:
Advanced bookkeeping and financial tracking and reporting via QuickBooks, Google Workspace and Excel.Workflow Automation:
Ability to connect disparate applications and automate repetitive data entry using Zapier or Make.Website Management:
Responsible for the ongoing management and updating of the Landis Fence website with direction from the Head of Marketing and Communications.E-Commerce Development:
Will assist Landis Fence management in the development and launch of a Landis Fence E-commerce site.Procurement:
Sourcing, ordering and managing inventories for physical tech equipment, including laptops, monitors, AV equipment and printers.First-line Technical Support :
Troubleshooting minor office hardware, software bugs, internet connectivity issues and printer setups before escalating to management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors or clients professionally. Manage confidential information with integrity and ensure data privacy standards are upheld. Experience Prior administrative experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with office procedures and customer service. Proven computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace and QuickBooks is essential. Strong organizational skills combined with effective communication abilities. Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business and/or Information Technology combined with specialized technical certifications.
