Job Description
Hiring for an administrative assistant position for a public accounting firm. Normal hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00 with an hour lunch. Summer hours (May 1 to August 31) are 8:00 - 5:00 with a hour lunch Monday through Thursday and Friday is 8:00-Noon (half day but paid for 8 hours). Overtime is required February 1 through April 15th, you are paid time and a half for overtime. 3 weeks paid time off and simple retirement plan available. Starting pay is $16.00 and up depending on experience. Job duties include but not limited to: Greeting of clients, answering telephone, filing, ordering office supplies, assembling tax returns and other miscellaneous office duties.
