This role is critical to maintaining project documentation, tracking key deliverables, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations on a fast-paced construction project. This is a true administrative support role focused on organization, documentation, and coordination—allowing project managers and engineers to stay focused on execution. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain all project documentation (submittals, RFIs, drawings, logs, etc.) Track and update logs for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout items Assist with document control systems and ensure latest revisions are distributed Prepare and compile project reports, meeting minutes, and internal updates Support onboarding and badging for new field personnel Coordinate jobsite logistics including deliveries, schedules, and site access Assist with time tracking, field paperwork, and daily reporting Organize and maintain digital and physical project files Support project closeout documentation and turnover packages Act as a central point of contact for administrative needs on the project Qualifications 2+ years of administrative or project support experience (construction preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Preferred Experience Experience supporting construction or industrial projects Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management tools Experience with document control and project tracking logs Experience working on active job sites or with field teams Compensation & Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company
