Job Description

Cedarbrook Senior CareRehab is seeking a PT Unit Clerk for its Fountain Hill location! Looking for a rewarding administrative role where your work directly supports residents and the nursing team? Cedarbrook Senior CareRehab is looking for a dependable and organized Unit Clerk to join our team! As a Unit Clerk, you'll provide important clerical support on the nursing unit and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Position Details:
Schedule:
Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00
PM Hours:
20 hours per week
Pay Rate:
$21.85/hour
Benefits:
This position is not benefit eligible 1,000/hour year positon
What You'll Do:
Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and resident records Enter and maintain information in computer systems Answer phones and assist residents, families, and staff Prepare forms, lab slips, and other documentation Schedule resident appointments and routine testing Maintain nursing station supplies and organization Assist with resident needs, including transporting and feeding as needed Transcribe physician orders under nursing supervision Work closely with nursing, medical, and administrative staff
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent Clerical/office experience preferred Medical terminology experience is a plus Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and office equipment Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff Why Cedarbrook?
