Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant / Clerk II to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Answer and direct phone calls using professional phone etiquette
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Utilize office software for input and organization
- Handle front desk duties including payments, banking and cashiering
- Payroll duties
- Billing collections
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer literacy and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with office clerical duties
- Familiarity with phone systems and copy management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you can enhance your administrative skills.
