Director of Operations Position Summary The General Office Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the organization. This position assists with daily office operations, customer service, document management, data entry, mail processing, and general administrative duties to ensure efficient office functions. Employees who are offered and accept a permanent full-time position will be eligible for KBA74's benefits package in accordance with company policies and plan requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and visitors. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Prepare outgoing mail, including certified and first-class mail. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases. Scan, copy, file, and organize documents. Assist with preparing correspondence, forms, reports, and meeting materials. Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders as needed. Provide basic customer service to participants, employers, vendors, and visitors. Support various departments with clerical and administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality of employee and participant information. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. One to three years of clerical or administrative experience preferred. Experience in a professional office environment preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
