Role Description Team Members at NAYA contribute to daily restaurant operations and guest service in an on-site role located in Conshohocken, PA. This is a part-time position responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling menu items, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. Team Members greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and ensure a friendly, efficient, and accurate service experience. The role includes stocking stations, cleaning and organizing the dining and kitchen areas, and working collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is expected. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, demonstrating reliability, cooperation, and respect for others. Basic food handling and safety awareness, with attention to cleanliness, organization, and following established procedures. Cash handling accuracy and comfort using point-of-sale systems, with attention to detail when processing orders and payments. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and lift or carry supplies as needed in a restaurant setting. Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or retail is helpful but not required; training will be provided. Availability to work part-time, including weekends and peak meal hours, with a punctual and dependable work ethic.
