Front-of-House & CommunicationReception Excellence:
Answer and direct incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage the guest sign-in process.
Ambassadorship:
Provide information about the organization, give directions, and conduct tours for prospective residents when the Community Liaison is unavailable.
Resident Support:
Direct resident questions to the appropriate staff and maintain a helpful, welcoming presence at the desk.
Administrative & Clerical SupportDocument Management:
Use computer systems to type memos, policies, correspondence, and reports.
Record Keeping:
Update resident files (including One Call Now and Pendant Monitoring), record meeting minutes, and maintain the daily census.
Financial Tracking:
Manage resident petty cash accounts and calculate monthly meal tickets.
Logistics:
Receive and sort mail/packages, order office supplies, and prepare "new resident" welcome packets (including keys and garage door openers). What do I need for this role with Redstone?
