LIST SERVICES ASSISTANT
Sheridan $16-18/hr, based on experience Sheridan is a leader in print manufacturing. At Sheridan, your work doesn't disappear into a spreadsheet, you contribute to the creation of journals, books, catalogs, and other printed materials that people use every day. About the Role The List Services Assistant supports Subscriber Services by functioning as the liaison between the on-site Mail Line team and the off-shore technical team. What You'll Do Print and collect all required USPS and internal documentation and deliver to the mail line. Perform quality control on all jobs, label counts, mail class, etc. Coordinate incoming and outgoing work with off-shore staff. Use presort software to answer queries. Stay current on USPS regulations/changes. Maintain the list services schedule to meet the mail dates. Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) as needed to perform job duties. Follow all required safety procedures such as: PPEs, Ergonomics, etc. Perform job in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees. What You Must Bring Motivation to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High School Diploma or GED. It's a Plus if You Have Knowledge of USPS regulations Physical & Work Environment Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to occasionally move about the building and/or the office. Ability to occasionally lift up to 30lbs.
