  • Hershey, PA Full-Time The Resource Coordinator, reporting to the Regional Director, is excited to work for an organization whose mission is to support children and their learning.
This role is responsible for the day to day management and allocation of essential organizational assets on behalf of the Regional Director, supporting effective Center operations through administrative support, resource coordination and tracking, and triaging timely information to a high volume of stakeholders. This highly organized individual assists the Regional Director in ensuring shared resources are appropriately distributed across Centers based on business needs and in swiftly and effectively serving as a key resource in resolving escalation issues. This role requires advanced organizational skills to ensure coordination efforts are successful across Centers and cross functionally within the organization. Starting pay is in the range of $22.07

85 per hour, based on expertise.
Responsibilities:
Perform Administrative support duties for the Regional Director including coordinating, consolidating, and disseminating information through taking notes, organizing calendars, and managing and scheduling meetings; maintaining and organizing paper and electronic files/records and audit trails Coordinate the routing, tracking and timely resolution of a high-volume of issues and resource needs through the Central Office with RD approval Under the supervision of the RD, assign staff, equipment, and technology to specific tasks, ensuring that Centers have what they need to operate efficiently Manage reporting, timetables, track budgets and P.O.s, and handle the purchasing request on behalf of the RD Coordinate the distribution of region-specific shared resources, including Health Service providers, practicum placements, and other cross center programs Track regulatory and accreditation requirements by Center for monitoring and renewal and review by Regional Director Draft correspondence, create reports, and PowerPoint presentations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred At least 3 years of experience in a project coordinator or administrative assistant role or similar. Experience helping to launch a new office is preferred Demonstrated understanding of and ability to effectively work across multiple locations and departments Experience supporting multiple locations in a regional or corporate environment Excellent project management skills, including time management, organizational skills, ability to multi
  • task, and prioritize assigned tasks Comfortability with technology including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and/or willingness to learn Responsible, enthusiastic, and cares about working in a mission-focused organization Willingness to be held accountable and receive feedback Commitment to the mission and values of CHS and demonstrated high degree of integrity Ability to lift ~25 lbs.
