Personal Driver/Assistant Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and professional Personal Driver/Assistant to provide safe, timely, and reliable transportation, as well as administrative support to our team. As a crucial member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple responsibilities with a high level of trust, organization, flexibility, and professionalism. If you are dependable, service-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable with managing multiple tasks, we encourage you to apply for this Full-Time opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation with company vehicles, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations Maintain a flexible working schedule to ensure efficient and effective support to our team Assist with personal errands, pick-ups, shopping, and other tasks as needed Support administrative tasks, including organization of calendars, correspondence, documents, and other essential duties Make phone calls, send emails, and schedule appointments with precision and accuracy Prepare for meetings, appointments, travel, and other events with attention to detail Anticipate needs and proactively assist with daily activities and responsibilities
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities Flexible and adaptable schedule, with the ability to work varied hours Professional appearance and demeanor Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word 365
