Job Description
Daily Cash Management:
Utilize online banking platforms to extract, analyze, and monitor daily banking transactional data to support corporate cash positioning and reporting needs.Cash Summaries & Reporting:
Prepare accurate monthly cash summaries for regional accounting teams and generate weekly detailed Excel reports covering ACH, EFT, and wire transactions.Cross-Departmental Support:
Serve as a responsive contact for the treasury department mailbox, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting operational issues, and providing clear communication to field leadership.
Corporate Deposits:
Log, process, and deposit incoming corporate check payments to ensure timely ledger postings.Team Collaboration:
Provide vital backup coverage across various treasury operations functions and complete special projects as assigned by leadership. Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Up to 3 years experience in treasury, finance, or corporate accounting preferred but not required Benefits
