Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting basic office and software issues Navigating Windows-based software and systems Billing and invoicing Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars Assisting with payroll processing Certified payroll experience is a plus General administrative and office support duties

Qualifications:

Strong computer and organizational skills Proficiency with Windows-based programs Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Previous office administration experience preferred Payroll and bookkeeping experience a plus
