Through our proprietary ROUTE planning philosophy, we guide clients in the areas of investment management, income planning, Medicare, tax strategy, and legacy planning. As our firm continues to grow across Central Pennsylvania, we are seeking a Licensed Client Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience while helping identify planning opportunities within our existing client base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship management, problem solving, client communication, and helping clients feel supported throughout retirement. Position Summary The Licensed Client Advisor serves as a key relationship manager for existing clients of the firm. This individual will proactively support client needs, solve service-related issues, strengthen client relationships, and help uncover opportunities to better serve clients through additional planning solutions. This is not a cold-calling sales role. The primary focus of this position is maintaining strong relationships within our existing book of business while helping clients navigate important retirement and financial decisions. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, proactive, licensed, and highly service-oriented with the ability to identify opportunities that improve client outcomes. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs and account-related questions Help clients navigate retirement-related concerns with professionalism and care Coordinate with advisors and internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently Conduct client review preparation and follow-up Identify opportunities within the existing client base for additional planning solutions and replacement opportunities Assist clients with insurance, retirement income, and investment-related servicing needs Maintain accurate client documentation and CRM records Ensure a high standard of client communication and follow-through Support retention, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship growth Qualifications Active Life & Health Insurance License required Active Series 65 license required Previous experience in financial services, retirement planning, insurance, or wealth management preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to identify client needs and planning opportunities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities Experience working with CRM systems and financial service platforms preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Compensation & Growth Competitive base compensation Commission opportunities on replacement business and additional opportunities identified within the existing client base Bonus opportunities based on performance Paid time off and holidays Professional growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding firm Why Join IFG?
