Sep 8, 2026 Job Description The Neshaminy School District Curriculum and Instruction Department has an opening for a 12 Month PT (5.75 hours a day) secretary. This position provides administrative and operational support to department staff, including the Assistants to the Superintendent for Elementary and Secondary Education, Curriculum and Instruction Supervisors, Instructional Coaches, Lead Teachers, and Department Chairs. General responsibilities include completing office tasks, preparing and maintaining reports, supporting the Curriculum and Instruction budget process, and assisting with department projects. The secretary will also collaborate with other District departments on hiring, certification, PIMS reporting, and other activities specifically related to the work of the Curriculum and Instruction Department. Professional development responsibilities include entering and tracking District professional development sessions in the appropriate platform, maintaining attendance records and Act 48 hours, and communicating with administrators and staff regarding New Educator Induction and Professional Exchange requirements. Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications. Candidates must also be willing to learn District software platforms and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Please apply through this posting.
