Description National Fuel is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for an outstanding career opportunity in our Business Development Office located in Liberty, PA. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer service, information processing, and interfacing with contractors and personnel at National Fuel within multiple departments
  • Perform professional administrative duties, including answering telephone calls, typing, postings, filing, office supply orders, work orders, payroll, and data entry
  • Manage distribution, approval, preparation, and submission of all invoices for timely payment to vendor
  • Review vendor statements of outstanding invoices and follow-up on any past due, unpaid invoices
  • Warehouse and inventory materials management related to daily operations and maintenance activity
  • Create work orders, purchase orders, check requisitions, and accounts payable documentation to support field operations
  • Create, gather, and enter data for various operational reports; consolidate and print information as requested
  • Maintain various records and files for regulatory or performance tracking purposes
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Proficient in typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office products
  • 3-5 years of advanced professional administrative experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to read, accurately interpret and analyze written information, and legibly prepare written documentation
  • Must be able to work well in a fast paced, team environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of work experience within the energy industry
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
