This is a hands-on administrative role for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You don't need to be a salesperson. Your job is to help the sales team stay organized, keep information accurate, and make sure the administrative pieces get done. What You'll Do Sales & Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team. Assist the Executive Sales Admin with routine administrative tasks and projects. Enter and update customer, prospect, and sales information in company systems. Prepare and organize sales documents, proposals, purchase orders, and customer paperwork. Maintain organized electronic and physical files. Assist with processing sales paperwork and ensuring information is complete and accurate. Help keep customer and sales records current and organized. Assist with basic reports, tracking, and data entry. Complete other administrative tasks as assigned. Communication & Coordination Communicate professionally with customers, prospects, and internal team members. Follow up on administrative items and communicate when information or documentation is needed. Help ensure information gets to the right person at the right time. Organization & Follow-Through Keep assigned tasks, records, and documentation organized and up to date. Follow established procedures and processes. Pay attention to details and catch missing or incorrect information. Complete assigned work accurately and on time. Ask questions when something doesn't make sense. Take ownership of your responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion. Help identify opportunities to make administrative processes easier and more efficient. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is highly organized and detail-oriented. Can manage multiple administrative tasks without losing track of details. Has strong written and verbal communication skills. Is comfortable working with computers and learning new software. Is dependable and follows through on commitments. Can work independently but isn't afraid to ask questions. Has a positive, professional attitude. Can handle a fast-paced environment where priorities can change. Takes pride in getting the details right. Understands that administrative work is often about doing the little things correctly so the bigger things run smoothly. Prior administrative, customer service, sales support, or office experience is helpful, but we're more interested in finding the right person who is organized, accountable, and willing to learn. Why PCI? PCI is not a traditional corporate environment. We're a growing company with a lot happening every day, and everyone has an opportunity to make an impact. If you like being busy, solving problems, helping a team succeed, and knowing that your work actually matters, you'll fit in well here. We value people who show up, take ownership, ask questions, learn from mistakes, and keep moving forward. Our Core Values Dedicated — Show up when it's tough, not when it's convenient. Own your decisions. Understand the Why — Curiosity is a responsibility, not a weakness. If you're unsure, ask. Thick-Skinned — Tough feedback and rejection are for professional growth, not personal harm. Separate ego from performance. Adaptable — Adjust quickly without losing sight of the goal. Processes aren't personal. Look for solutions as you find mistakes. The Bottom Line This is an administrative support position within our Sales department . You'll work closely with the Sales team and provide support to the Executive Sales Admin while taking ownership of your own responsibilities. If you're organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and the type of person who sees something that needs to be done and handles it — we'd like to meet you.
