Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Troy, PA. This position supports the firm's daily operations by managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to appropriate team members. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining files, handling mail, preparing documents and correspondence, and scheduling meetings and appointments. The Administrative Assistant may assist with data entry,support professional staff, and ensure office supplies and resources are well stocked. The role requires consistent, professional communication with clients and team members and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, document preparation, data entry, and scheduling. Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, visitors, and internal team members. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail in an office environment. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools) and comfort learning new systems. Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and respect for confidential information. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in an office or accounting environment is beneficial.
