At WTC, we provide a supportive environment where team members can grow and succeed. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for coordinating daily operations, supporting internal teams, and ensuring timely communication across departments. Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-time, in-person Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for incoming requests and issues Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners Schedule and follow up on service and repair needs Provide timely updates to customers and team members Maintain accurate records and documentation Enter and track data within company systems Monitor ongoing issues and ensure timely resolution Deliver professional, customer-focused communication Qualifications Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) High attention to detail Customer service or office experience preferred Logistics or coordination experience is a plus (not required) What We Offer Stable, full-time weekday schedule Competitive pay (based on experience) Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401(k) with company match Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the company Why Join WTC?
