Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Unbranded team to learn Sunoco's fuel business and contracting processes Assist with researching and tracking government and commercial bid opportunities at the local, state, and national levels Support the review and organization of RFP and RFQ documents, including bid requirements and pricing structures Help prepare bid packages and supporting documentation for internal review Work with internal teams such as Supply, Dispatch, and Trading to gather information for bid submissions Assist with compiling metrics and reports for business tracking and optimization Support communication efforts once contracts are awarded by helping coordinate next steps with internal stakeholders Assist with scheduling, work orders, and maintaining organized files and records Help respond to routine inquiries under supervisionRequirements:
