Job Description

Job Summary This role provides general office support and supports the Human Resources department. The receptionist is responsible for representing the office, interfacing with guests and staff, answering and directing incoming calls, distributing mail, keeping updated records, and managing supplies for our client in Norristown!
JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a presentable reception area for visitors and greet them as they sign in. Collect NDAs and alert appropriate staff of their arrival. Direct or accompany them to a conference room and offer refreshments. Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the location, fax numbers, the website, and other related information Receive and deliver incoming mail and packages. Handle outgoing mail via Stamps.com as requested Work with Supply Chain in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of supplies for staff, new hires, the kitchens, and break areas Support Human Resources with administrative paperwork and reports, scheduling meetings and training, interfacing with temp agencies and job seekers, coordinating new hire onboarding, updating headcount and organizational chart data, etc. Manage onboarding of temporary associates, track timeclock software reports, communicate with temp agencies and department heads regarding staffing needs, and provide attendance data to supervisors Maintain access badging software by reprogramming and deactivating badges, issuing new badges, and managing door alarm systems Provide back-up to the retail store as needed or requested Communicate with the company's property management company and cleaning staff regarding needs Coordinate company events/activities and assist in planned as needed Identify and track product infringement cases and submit trademark infringement reports as appropriate Other tasks as assigned by director ________________________________________
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED equivalent Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Maintain a professional presence Great customer service attitude! Fast learner and comfortable working in a fast paced and growing office environment Very experienced and comfortable with using a computer Experience with Microsoft Office Flexible team player- this position backs up many busy people. Must be willing to assist as directed ________________________________________
