Work Schedule:
Full Time:
8am-4pm Every other weekend 9am-5pm (Saturday, Sunday)
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, etc…) and 2 years of experience in Mental Health, specifically with the Co-Occurring population. However, we will consider any combination of education and experience that would provide the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position.
Job Duties:
Allied Therapist will implement therapeutic groups and activities, encourage ADLs, and provide psycho-educational groups. This includes but is not limited to; Assisting in planning/implementing daily groups/activities Attending and contributing to treatment team planning meetings Assessing stages of change in patients and documenting on daily group notes Completing assigned assessments on new admissions Restocking activity supplies and therapeutic materials as needed Providing a culture of safety and showing concern to patients Following all procedures when taking patients to/from gym/courtyard Working independently and professionally with others Remaining detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills For immediate consideration, please either submit your most updated resume via Indeed.
