ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II
- Registrar Operations Center/Central Registration Full-time, 12-month position
Salary:
Per negotiated contract The following skills/abilities are required to perform the duties of this position: Recent and relevant Administrative Assistant experience required Ability to complete projects and reports in a timely and effecient manner so as to adhere to State and Local deadlines Strong level of technology skills required, including Power School, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and record keeping skills Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills High aptitude for organizing projects with strong attention to detail Demonstrates integrity and possess confidentiality skills Ability to work independently and make independent decisions, strong problem-solving and team skills Ability to build rapport and maintain working relationships and positive rapport with staff, co-workers, community, and administration Ability to attend work regularly at assigned work hours subject to lawful leave rights and responsibilities Other skills and characteristics which the school district administration and/or board of school directors may deem appropriate
