The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, managing communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This full-time position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Business Administrator's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and directing them as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and other administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Business Administrator.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Support the Business Administrator in project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in organizing office events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the administration office. Requirements
  • Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a business or administrative environment is a plus.
