Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative, organizational, and operational support to help the organization function effectively and advance its mission. This part-time, on-site position serves as an important point of coordination among staff, board members, community partners, donors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, proactive, and service-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. The Administrative Assistant will help create structure, consistency, and efficiency across day-to-day operations and will contribute to a positive and professional experience for everyone who interacts with the organization. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Executive Director.
