Job Description

Job Summary This administrative role provides vital fiscal and clerical support to the Case Management department. The position ensures clients receive county funding by managing intake, auditing files, and authorizing services with external providers. Tasks and Responsibilities Provide fiscal/clerical support to the case management department Complete liability to determine eligibility for county funds for services Open client records for individuals receiving county funded services (cross-trained) Communicate with other departments and Core Providers to resolve funding issues Maintain tracking system in order to reauthorize funding on an annual basis Authorize county services for both internal and external providers (i.e. CRR, Peer Support, Career Center, MHOP, IOP, ACCESS. Penn Foundation, respite, etc.) (cross-trained) Troubleshoot with outside providers (i.e. DPW, Soc. Sec.) to access benefits Participate in departmental QA/QI process Track and maintain department company car maintenance logs and sign out schedules Support director with Quarterly/Yearly projects as needed Complete monthly compliance audit for Adult and child BCM Complete yearly Adult and Child BCM caseload audits Run EVS's monthly Open and close CM records as needed Order and maintain office supplies Track and upload department specific documents Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Clerical skills Must be able to multi-task Must be self motivated Excellent organizational skills Must have excellent written and oral communication skills Prefer to have experience in Human Service Field High school diploma
