Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, manage day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster an efficient, welcoming workspace. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while supporting a collaborative team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks using spreadsheets and productivity software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain organized filing systems, update records, and handle document proofreading for clarity and correctness Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and overseeing general administrative operations Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client communication efforts Utilize computer skills including Word processing, Microsoft Office applications, and technical proficiency to support daily operations Experience Prior clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks Experience with Quickbooks Experience with payroll system Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Pay:
$21.50 - $26.50 per hour
