Could you be our next Building Coordinator at our Radnor Corporate Office? Why work as a Building Coordinator with Main Line Health? Make an Impact! Do you love providing superior customer service? Do you have a passion for Property Management? If so, come join MLH as a Building Coordinator! You will partner with the Senior Property Manager as well with hospital departments and Main Line HealthCare to provide customer service to all customers (patients, visitors, employees, etc.). You will also be responsible for providing customers with guidance and direction to the various modalities within the facility, educate and assist Tenants in reporting property management requests to the Call Center, notify building occupants of any MLH and building-wide activities, announcements, and shutdowns, Develop and Grow Your Career! Invest in furthering your education through seeking certifications or advanced degrees by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status. Join the Team! Days Experience:
1.Minimum of three years in a customer service setting, healthcare environment preferred. 2.Proficient in Microsoft Office. 3.Knowledge of building operations desirable. 4.Excellent customer service skills. 5. Patient relation/public contact experience.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Licensures/Certifications:
Additional property management and administrative certifications preferred.
