Job Title:
Administrative Assistant-Contract S.A. Comunale is seeking a Administrative Assistant-Contract to support the Reading, PA office. Provide administrative support to the assigned branch office. Duties include general clerical, purchasing, inventory, and accounting responsibilities and project-based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and scheduling appointments. Create and maintain various office records. Create and modify documents such as meeting minutes, proposals, quotes, sales activity reports, and miscellaneous correspondence. Answer incoming phone calls and distribute accordingly. Assist in processing payroll for technicians including obtaining employee time information, submitting time information to the Payroll Department, and checking the edit listing before the check run as needed. Prepare all service and Branch Manager proposals as directed. Print and maintain all bid documents as well as prepare for all bids. Perform background checks as needed. Obtain all information necessary for contracts and review sheets. Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required. 3+ years of administrative experience is required. Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
