Our team is fully vetted, IICRC-certified, and insured for your safety. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer and Transfer phone calls to different departments. Manage and approve calendar requests for conference room meetings. Assist Mitigation, Construction, and Administrative teams with document scanning.Maintain front desk:
scanning, files, paperwork, outgoing mail. Weekly ordering of office supplies and maintain inventory. Assist in ordering and maintain uniform inventory. Assist in taking new losses via phone. Support additional administrative support for all departments and employees as needed. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel. Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle inquiries professionally. Maintain digital and physical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with data entry, report preparation, and meeting logistics. Support team projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2-5 years experience as a receptionist and/or administrative support. Ability to write and compile reports and correspondence. Previous experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Associates Degree preferred but High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience within the construction and marketing industries helpful. Must maintain a valid Driver's License and maintain a safe driving record. Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions, along with sound problem solving ability.
