✓ Life Insurance ... In this role, you will be the backbone of our clients local office while driving the processing pipeline forward. You will manage daily administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly while utilizing your background in loan or transaction processing to move files efficiently from origination to closing.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and partners with a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Manage office operations, including answering phones, sorting mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting spaces for brokers and clients.

Support the team with data entry, document scanning, and general administrative projects as needed.

Review application files for completeness and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Gather and verify required documentation (financial statements, credit reports, titles, etc.) from clients.

Act as the primary liaison between clients, brokers, underwriters, and external vendors to ensure clear communication.

Track milestones in the processing pipeline to guarantee timely closings.

Resolve file discrepancies proactively by working closely with the brokerage team.

Education:

High School High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

30 months Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience, with specific experience in loan processing, mortgage processing, or real estate transaction processing.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with brokerage/processing software.
