Cornerstone Community Initiative (CCI), a new reentry non-profit in Monroe County, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of Monroe County's coordinated reentry hub. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, supporting a team, and making sure the details are never overlooked. As our Office Administrator, you'll play a vital role in keeping the organization running efficiently while supporting staff, participants, community partners, and organizational leadership. Job Overview The Administrative Assistant serves as the administrative and operational backbone of Cornerstone Community Initiative. This position provides office administration, financial coordination, human resources support, grant administration, and organizational support while helping ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service. Working closely with the Executive Director, staff, contracted vendors, participants, and community partners, you'll help maintain the systems and processes that allow CCI to fulfill its mission every day. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily office operations and provide exceptional customer service to participants, partners, and visitors. Maintain organizational records, databases, participant files, and administrative systems. Support financial administration, vendor coordination, payroll, and grant documentation. Coordinate employee onboarding, personnel records, compliance tracking, and administrative support. Assist with reports, presentations, meetings, and organizational communications. Represent CCI professionally while supporting community engagement and organizational growth. Qualifications & Skills We're looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented. An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic information systems. Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Passionate about supporting a mission-driven nonprofit organization. Associate's degree preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, professional experience, volunteer experience, and lived experience will be considered. Why Join CCI?
