Job Description
Description Stephenson Equipment, Inc (SEI), an industry leader in Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, and DC, providing sales, rentals, parts and service for construction equipment, cranes, paving, road building and road maintenance equipment, has an immediate need for Service Administrator in our Harrisburg Public Works & Infrastructure location. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as branch receptionist: greeting customers, answering incoming calls.
- Proactively reach out to customers and vendors about miscellaneous parts/service/sales issues when needed.
- Submit, track and manage warranty claims.
- Tracks trainings that the service team attends as well as the certifications received.
- Set up travel for service team as needed.
- Maintains the OEM labor rates.
- Reconciles transactions in CDK.
- Serves as pioneer to learning and assisting to implement the new business system, CDK.
- Maintains inventory of the fleet/service trucks for all of SEI.
- Enters technician timesheets into CDK, and HRIS and ensures technician's timesheets are accurate for work performed.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Office environment with moderate noise; computers, printers, and light traffic.
