Job Description
Administrative Assistant Preston Auto Group has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven Administrative Assistant. This role executes administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with executives across a range of responsibilities. As our Administrative Assistant, you'll keep leadership organized and clients well taken care of — managing calendars, correspondence, travel, and reporting while serving as a first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is a great fit for someone polished, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat. Responsibilities Coordinate the Sales Manager's calendar, scheduling appointments and conference calls Compose routine and complex correspondence, including agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions, memos, confidential correspondence, reports, and strategic plans Coordinate month-end and quarterly review books Screen the Sales Manager's incoming telephone calls and correspondence Arrange travel plans and itineraries and compile documents for travel-related meetings Address and manage internal and external client concerns Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area or team member Professionally handle overflow of incoming phone calls for sales, routing calls to the appropriate department Update the telephone directory as necessary Prepare daily inventory and units-sold reports Assist with marketing events as needed Update client records as needed Attend weekly department meetings Requirements Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication, both written and verbal Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401K with Employer Match Paid Uniforms Paid Time Off Paid Training Employee Pricing on New Vehicles Free Access to the Preston Auto Fitness Center We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
