Office of Individualized Student Services Qualifications:
High School diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Coursework in Accounting strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, expenditure tracking, account reconciliation, and preparation of budget projections. Strong accounting skills, including the ability to analyze financial data, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare fiscal reports. Excellent computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; experience with PowerSchool eFinance or comparable financial management software preferred. At least five years of secretarial, administrative, or office management experience, preferably in a school district or public-sector environment. Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, monitor budgets, and support data-driven decision-making. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously. Superior time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently in a task-oriented, detail-focused, and goal-driven manner; self-motivated and proactive. Strong research skills, including data collection, retrieval, compilation, and analysis. Reliability and discretion in handling confidential financial, personnel, and student information. Initiative to identify problems, develop solutions independently, and implement them effectively. Superior communication skills that foster positive and effective interactions with district staff, families, vendors, and community members. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading. Ability to respond professionally and appropriately in emotionally charged situations. Innovative ability to apply knowledge and skills to new situations and changing organizational needs. Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute. Ability to coordinate work schedules and priorities with the cyclical financial, reporting, and operational needs of the Office of Individualized Student Services. 62 regular, $34.82 after probation $35.15 for members of the TENIG Bargaining Unit who were active as of 7/1/26 PERFORMANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 1. Regular attendance. 2. Maintain calendar for Director of Individualized Student Services. 3. Budget
- Maintain cost center budget accounts, assist with budget development, monitor Principal's Report, monitor account balances, complete final budget reports, ACCESS accounts funds requests & reports, quarterly & annual PCG reports. 4. Purchasing
- Process all vendor invoices, monitor PO balances. 5. Board Agenda
- Liaison with Board Secretary regarding agenda items and with solicitor on Contracts & ESA's. 6. Prepare mandated reports
- SHARRS, Contingency, APSEM, Act 16, Restraint tracking, Deaf-Blind census, Table 8a, Wards of State, Yearly Safety Report. 7. ESA's
- tracking and payment 8. Attendance & truancy support, including charter school students. 9. General office duties
- Cyclical calendar, public presentations support, attendance, manage Student Services webpage, prepare agenda items for Safety Committee meeting.
10. Monitor and track 1306 students (4605 forms) in conjunction with the Information Services department. 11.
Manage Online Progress Monitoring tools:
ex. Aimsweb, MyAccess. 12. Maintain and coordinate all contracted services for the department. 13. Supports Safety, Mental Health Specialists and Nursing staff as needed. 14. Supports Director, Supervisors and TOSA as needed.
