Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records to support efficient document retrieval
- Enter information into internal databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Scan, index, and archive documents to keep records current and accessible
- Provide back-office administrative support to help daily operations run smoothly
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system in an efficient manner
- Review documents for completeness, formatting, and basic errors before distribution or storage
- Support document control activities by tracking, updating, and managing office paperwork
- Assist with general clerical tasks such as sorting correspondence, preparing files, and handling routine office request.
- Prior experience in an office support, clerical, or administrative role
- Strong ability to organize files and maintain orderly record systems
- Accurate data entry skills with close attention to detail
- Experience scanning, managing, and controlling documents in an office setting
- Comfortable handling incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- Solid proofreading skills for identifying spelling, formatting, and data errors
