Full time What You'll Be Doing Provide administrative support to plant operations, including data entry, reporting, and document management. Process invoices, purchase orders, and other operational records accurately and on time. Coordinate communication between plant personnel, vendors, customers, and corporate teams. Maintain personnel, safety, production, and maintenance records in compliance with company procedures. Support daily plant activities by organizing schedules, supplies, and office resources to ensure efficient operations. What Are We Looking For Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems and software. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in administrative and recordkeeping activities. Effective communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Work Environment Work is primarily performed in an office environment located within an active manufacturing facility. Regular interaction with plant personnel, contractors, vendors, and customers. May require occasional visits to operational areas of the plant and adherence to all safety policies and procedures. What We Offer Competitive base salary $20.00
